ESTS is an approved Verification body and Training body for Higg Index FEM (Facility Environment Module).

Developed by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, the Higg Index FEM　is a tool that enables brands, retailers, and facilities of all sizes, which empowers businesses to make meaningful improvements that protect the local communities　and the environment.

ESTS is an approved Verifier body and Training body for SLCP.

SLCP refers to Social and Labor Convergence Program, which is a multi-stakeholder initiative to reduce audit fatigue and improve working conditions.

E-learning

To help suppliers achieve sustainable development, ESTS brings together experts to be part of E-learning platform so as to achieve better understanding of supplier on audit standard and relevant laws and regulations, share practice experiences with suppliers and clients, and as well as provide on-line Q&A. As E-learning platform features low cost, high efficiency, sustainability, and convenience, increasing suppliers and sub-suppliers are making use of it for self-improvement transferring from one-fold and repeated audit to sustainable one.

WeChat Communication Program

WeChat is one of the most commonly used social media APP, based on which the communication platform can be easily accepted and get used to by factory workers. We assist clients to set up their own WeChat Official Account, which can be used as the platform/channel for enterprise information posting and worker communication. Meanwhile, WeChat can also be used for convenient and batch worker survey with accurate data analysis. The questions for worker survey can be customized, such as for worker satisfaction survey.

Sub-tier Supplier Social Solutions

By now, clients are intending to control CSR performance of sub-suppliers. Sub-suppliers, outnumbering first-tier suppliers, do not perform well in CSR compliance and have weak understanding on CSR standard, so one-fold and repeated on-site audit is costly and unable to improve suppliers' CSR performance effectively.
